Following the success of securing a strategic allocation in the North East Lincolnshire Local Plan (adopted in March 2019) for 3500 dwellings and related infrastructure we are instructed on behalf of the two controlling landowners to advise on planning and delivery strategies to achieve a commercially viable sustainable urban extension whilst addressing key planning policy requirements.
