Following the successful allocation of this site as a Special Policy Area in the Wakefield Site Specific Policies Local Plan for a mix of uses including housing, energy centre/power generating use and light industrial uses, we continue to be instructed by St Pauls Development PLC to provide further evidence to help inform the emerging Local Plan review process, so that the site’s suitability and deliverability can be demonstrated.
