Clowne Garden Village
We are instructed by Waystone Limited to oversee the final stages of securing an outline planning consent for a mixed use Garden Village development including up to 24 hectares of employment land and up to 1800 new homes with associated infrastructure including new Primary School, a Retirement Village, Neighbourhood Centre, Hotel, Restaurant, Health and Care and Leisure uses, all set within a green space network.
Following approval of the proposed development our role as lead planning consultant will be to continue to coordinate reserved matters submissions and where appropriate discharge conditions to support Waystone in their role as master developer.
